May 19, 2021: The Board has reviewed advice from physicians and the (somewhat confusing) guidance from the CDC, and has decided on an interim policy for public worship. This will be reviewed frequently and adapted as new information come out.
Our interim policy for public worship:
– Continued social distancing
– No congregational singing for the interim
– Non-vaccinated adults and children should continue to mask
– Masks are optional for fully vaccinated adults.*
Children are welcome to be part of worship, and we will continue to have special activities for them. They should wear masks while indoors, and Pastor Jackman will wear a mask while interacting with the children. We will not have a Nursery available during this interim period.
We hope you will join us in worship, either in-person or virtually. As we get back in the “swing,” we have some very special services planned with special music.
*”Fully vaccinated” is defined as two weeks after the individual who has had the single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine, or both shots of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines.
